OMGOGMOGM JARVIS & SMACKEY WERE ON RADIO 1 THE OTHER DAY!!! You can listen again if you click on the link!

"Jarvis & Steve kick off 2006 nicely with the release of their new compilation CD 'The Trip - Curated by Jarvis Cocker & Steve Mackey'. There's no particular theme to it like you might expect if they did a Back To Mine compilation or something about influences. This is just two discs of their favourite music - hence why they're coming to do the show. We love music and so do they, let's stick them in the studio with Rob and see what happens."

Erm, x-posted pretty much everywhere!

APPARENTLY, the antiques shop Russell owned with his mum WENT OUT OF BUSINESS. Isn't this distressing? I have this on the relatively good authority of my friend's dad who knows Russell, AND THIS CONNECTION BRINGS US EVER CLOSER TO OUR PULP PILGRIMAGE, lolz!

Alsewwww, what are everyone's opinions on SEPARATIONS?? It's currently my favourite album.
